Apeiron Hospital Management, LLC ("Apeiron")   is a healthcare management and operating company based in Cumming, GA which partners with hospitals, specifically rural hospitals, in designated states.  The purpose of the Apeiron business model is to provide experienced operational management coupled with services that benefit both patients and hospital systems. 

Tailored healthcare services and products for insured patient are administered through existing Apeiron outpatient physician clinic relationships.  These services and products are implemented through each respective hospital to create revenue streams which will positively impact the hospital's bottom line while also expanding their physician network and patient demographics without incurring net new CAPEX and minimizing additional OPEX costs.
